We weren’t successful in solving our problem with social cohesion until this training. Now people are better equipped to resolve problems. Different community leaders are better able to have discussions, to seek solutions, and to convince their peers that they can work better together with other people in the community. When people have participated in this project, you can see that their behavior towards others is different. It’s not the same. When wellbeing is operationalized inwardly — in individuals and teams — people think more clearly, regulate more effectively, and find concrete opportunities to add wellbeing into their program interactions.
